2010 is going to end in just a few days, it has been THE best year yet ! I thought 2009 was already good.

But, 2010 is even better.

A lot of highs and lows throughout the year, it was really eventful. Nevertheless, i guess those were exactly the moments and things that made this year the BEST and most exciting yet.

I guess it all started to light up when I changed according to this particular line , mindset , attitude.

A lot of people tend to be really surprise and (partly) curious, but mostly they are with the facial expression of "WHAT'S THAT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?" when you're bringing out a plastic camera that use film and needed to be scrolled manually after every single shots. They probably gonna say this to your face, but they respect (not truthfully) you as a person, so they say it silently. "This isn't stone age, we have a thing call digital camera"

Due to the broad explanation, the aid of social network's "Like" function, and the easy access of "basic" cameras, software, the word "photography/photographer" has been abused.

Producing an image from one of the lakeside with bright sunlight, green grass, clear blue sky in (let's say) Switzerland could easily make it a "nice" photo too after adding the other sub-elements. But, does it really make it a good photography, make him/her a good photographer ?

What about these, taken by film with plastic cam, nothing fancy, where everything is basic and everything is raw ?

Just posted some of the outcomes from 2 negative films..... Apparently they spoiled and damaged my film to some extent... If you can notice, its blurry and mildly pixelated compare to those i posted previously. To be frank, i am pretty upset about it.

I read about this, "Littlewood's Law" and broadly it says mathematically there will be at least ONE miracle event happens to you every month.

So keep our hopes up, be better.

Dear self,

I believe that 2009 is quite an extraordinary year for you, because its your 21st, you dealt with some of the troublesome persons, issues and things..... But there are some good and memorable memory/things happen too. After all it wasn't entirely a BAD BAD year....

2010 is in sight, what you have to do/achieve this year is not much different from the previous years... Get fit by doing more exercise, perhaps gym ? Finish your last semester without having anything surprising/troublesome because having surprise means not-so-good + costly especially when you are about to cross the finish line.

Take a trip as you always wanted, planned it nicely, early then go for it, seriously.

Enjoy life more, do what you think is reasonable and worthwhile*except illegal things and smoking* without letting the excuses such as, " hmm let's do it tomorrow, lazyy lorr, so hot, so cold, blaaaa " get into your way. As we always said life is short, so make it one hell of a ride !!

Furthermore, this could possibly be the last 6-9 months in Perth because nobody knows what's going to happen in 2010 regarding the VISA and PR application things and whether you could find a proper job there or not. If things do not go according to what you have planned and you have to come back for good, I know you like it there, but please be prepared.

Well, i believe you have learned that things seldom go 100% according your way, you have to have alternative ways and accept it. So, be smart this year. Besides, learn/try not to expect anymore, for instance, don't expect every movie is going to be nice, don't expect every meal is delicious, don't expect you can sleep 8 hours everyday, don't expect you will be very free next semester, don't expect ppl are always the same and don't expect people is going to help you. Why ? its simple, cause they do not ought to do so.

Last but not least, be kind.

If you spend a minute or 2 reading recent newspaper.... its not hard to read articles or columns that mostly about the all-time-favorite issues.... for instance, "One Malaysia", why government spending this kinda of money, why they did this and that, race issues, government internal problems and conflict, why they willing to spend RM10 mil to send the astronaut to the space instead of they could spend this money and give EACH baby in msia 10 big bottles of milk powder for free and so on..... Mostly are on negative and criticizing way....

they described penang as a mini version of malaysia.... if we r not improving.... we are disappearing/insignificant in the world.....

read an article and the summary is like this.... during 60s , 70s .... Pineapples from Johor have to transfer from Johor to Penang port to export to US/UK....... imagine during 60s, 70s, there are no highways, small long dragging roads and yet they have to send their goods up north to Penang any compliant. They choose not to send to Singapore port, and Port Klang ? not even existed yet.... what about today ?? where are these business go ?? i guess we all know about the answer....

i wonder how loud is the voice of those articles or columns ? how effective is it ? we, the reader, chinese we knew, we really understand and feel you... but what could we possibly do except having this in mind " yea lor, *big*haihhh!! or what to do ? "

we wrote, we rant * that's what we can only do* and eventually we will be tired and give up then we'll leave... and the government has lost count the number of people migrated... especially talents.

It's a real shock to read that Vietnam, yes VIETNAM the country that we once perceived as "out, ulu, kampung, lao nya, 落后, falling behind" is economically growing stronger/faster than us, Malaysia and they predicted that by this pace and we *government* continue our way/attitude of doing things.... before 2020 they will surpass us, , how ironic is that ?

I'm ranting here too... :) but im not here with a vision to change the nation, i just find these info interesting... so imma going to stop ...

没有太大变化的乌节路，与两年前大同小异.... 多了个ION shopping mall.

shopping mall 来说, ION真的很厉害了. 三言两语实在说不完..... 奢华，精致, 时尚 ........

这次买不是很多但也不少.... 也迷上 MUJI .

48小时真的吃了很多, 粥，4am吃炒米粉, 鼎泰丰，Itacho Sushi, toast and egg......... etc...

明天就是假期第一个礼拜, 七天有五天在打喷嚏......

I left the last episode of the latest season of Grey's Anatomy till today.... i don't wanna finish it cause i'd feel like i miss smth after i finish it......

the finale of this season was really the best, the most dramatic of all, its like giving a WOW bomb at the last 3 mins of the show..... also, it left a BIG FAT suspend whether the 2 main characters, izzie and george will leave the show or not..... and apparently i do not want them to leave...

Next season, 24 September 2009.... i need to tap it on my calendar !

At last..... its the final week of the semester.....

no doubt, time flies ! especially when you are busy and packed with a lot of things to do....

Finally, im gonna submit the last piece of assignment tmr..... CIB , the only subject i have no idea how many marks i got for my internal marks.... i still dono how many marks i need to get in order to pass.... i got pretty satisfying/good marks for my 3 other subjects..... im really happy bout it.... but this one ? seriously, not gonna aim anything on this anymore.... just wanna get over it asap....

seriously its been a freaking hectic and busy since week 6.... not even a free week...... i guess this week is going to be the week i can slow down..... but exam is coming real soon.... 10th of june.... hmm....

started to work yesterday..... not too bad..... :) but i don i can earn more than i spend..... and i slowly discover that the more i earn the more im going to spend............. wtf ?!! anyway.... don't worry bout it....

Back from a law presentation and got back the result for mid sem test as well. I'm satisfied with it although i could done alot better ! the reason i'm satisfied is because i did not fall into the category of 50% that failed the test.....

blogging Ohm strikes me suddenly after being so lazy and out of the mood to blog.....

I'm supposed to sleep rite now as there is a early lecture tmr........

i do think that it's not the best start i could get for this year......

Firstly i injured my hand which i think its not fully recovered yet, perhaps 85% - 95%...... i'm quite concerned about it but i have no idea how to deal with it anymore after trying all my way.....

Having a subject which i started to think that its not cute at all..... CIB.... it's not about there are a lot of works to be done or it's hard to understand or a lot of theories and formulas or wat.... it's like..... i totally do not enjoy the subject..... apparently its about teaching you wat is referencing, how to write a report like what is introduction, body and blaaaa kind of thing, mind mapping, wat is plagiarism .... group mates still weren't sure about what's the presentation topic is about .... i just don't like it ! and how u r going to do well on smth u don't like ?

On top of that, i got a tutor for my accounting subject which i have to get ****#$%/ diao by her every week.... so far i have attended 3 tutorial and i got diao by her every week... and the reason is just ............. quite insignificant with a little bit of bad luck...........

financial issues..... textbooks are expensive especially when you have to buy the new 1 as they have changed the edition..... Plus, i had some uncontrolable and unforeseenable spending under my tight budget for this semester.... sigh.....

with some other X issues spinning around me... im sure that i've already off the pace of the my planned progress especially when im that type of person who driven by mood and enthusiasm....

sometimes i really do think that..... less is actually more.......

well, there were some joyful moments as well.....

previous years i will do a list of my favorite songs of the year.... but not this year as i think im missing out the trend between July till September or Oct.

wrapping up year 2008 ..... 1st half of the year i couldnt remember much... i just remember that we were busy preparing exam, assignment and doing the endless tutorial exercises.... Oh ya ! and CS , bowling, movie and dinner+tea time+snack sessions ! luckily i didnt forgot about that.... that was the HIGHLIGHT of the 1st half of 2008 !

2nd half was basically busy preparing things and tackling problems in Oz.... but, there are a lot of memorable events and outing too ! Beijing Olympic ?! hahaha

I'm glad that everything is so far so good.... for me '' no news is a good news ! ''

2009 will be the most crucial year yet ~~economy crisis....~~
1. subjects aren't gonna be easy !
2. hopefully the June trip to NSW and Vic. is going to happen
3. going to join some activities, clubs or societies or anything in UNI so that my entire UNI life wouldn't be wasted
4. get a casual job for my own good.
5. 21st bday ! i shall do smth really really awesome... after doing some research i need $350 to $400 to do it... will see ! trust me its really awesome ! hahaha

it was an ''unusual'' Christmas outing yesterday... i still remember last year 3 of us went out on the same day too... or on the Boxing day ?? i can't recall it...

well, we went to Botanical Garden, same place i think is Youth Park... im not sure... then Beach at Batu Ferringhi then the night market there.... since we were there... of coz DVD will be our top priority. But, the choices or the type of movie the have is a little disappointing... i felt that it was lesser than my last visit..... i m looking for Spy Game and Eli Stone... but i cant find it....

Packed with a lot of activities including tennis ! haha...

its been a really wonderful half year....

what would you do after exam?? well, for me there's nothing important anymore... i mean if its normal school days, u knew tmr u still have classes or assignment is going to due or there's an exam a head.... but now ? the only thing is im waiting someone to call me to work... tat's it ~

i got so much timeeee..... and im soooo freeeeeeeeeeee.... <<>well, i slept alot after the exam, and everyday i didnt put morning alarm.... so that i can wake up 'naturally' , but that will be late ... - -

It's been awhile since my last update....

Once again the time has proved himself that he really can FLY ! i still remember very clearly every scene from the 1st day i touched down Aus.... and 3 months has gone.....

Just submitted the FINAL assignment of year 2008 *i purposely make it sounds grand*.... hmm i will use a sentence to describe that ....

完成它比宿醉还辛苦....

When will be the real FINAL assignment of my LIFE.... like after the full stop.... u never going to do assignment anymore ! well, suddenly i got the answer while im typing.... can be now too.... just quit studying now and wont have to do any assignment anymore lor.... well, im not that stupid yet.... i love doing assignment ! *- -'' eee yerr !!*

The is an annually Pasar Malam at Uni, and we have two stalls there... we is refering to who leh ?? well, its hard to describe... i can only say... FRIENDS .... hahaa..

that's our stall...... fortunately they're able to meet the ' break-even ' point..... i think we could do much much better if there aren't have problems with the deep fryer machines.... well, for me... im just go concern bout the ' experience ' thing..... : )

1. I hate people with all sort of " patterns " ... u know wat patterns mean laa... when i hate someone i will do it in a very obvious way....

2. I can't stand my place is untidy... but 有条理的乱 is ok..... means if u need to tidy up its like 10 sec work....

Our house bought in a new samsung 32'' FULL-HD LCD..... and we watch black hawk down on channel "ten HD" on that particular night ..... it is a wow.... truly icy crystal clear , very high resolution.... never experienced it b4....

chen qi yi promised my house to cook a meal, nasi lemak to be exact N months ago.... and finally last night she did it... ! really not bad .... i love the prawn curry very much... others are too hard for me to chew as my jaw is still in the pain .... ( how come my jaw's pain ? i also want to know why )

Monday, we went to IGA Perth Royal Show as planned..... and luckily the weather is awesome ! but it was a little chilly at nite....

everyone is carrying at least 1 Showbag.... and i said to myself no matter how i also want to buy 1..... but.... for the whole day long.... i cant even find 1 that i really like.... haiz.... i guess those showbags are targeted to children not us... even the most " potential " Coca Cola showbags ...... it also seems less attractive.... it jus have a Coke brand sling bag or back bag.... and some other rubbish..... " those rubbish is nothing related to coke... or else i will buy... it's just some lollipop or pencil and pen.... " So, end up i buy nothing........

it is a place that will let u spend a lot ! a lot really means A LOT ~ it is so damn easy to spend more than $100 per person..... the games, the foods......

due to boredom is killing me.... i decided go to swim alone, as always ...... well, that's not the main point....

It's a long weekend for those who are working here as monday is public holiday so they have a full stretch weekend.. two of my housemate have went to some place quite far from here for 3 days vacation... one of them went to Albany, another one i dono how to spell the name of the place....

It is Wednesday again…. Which mean im free again! for the following days of this week….

Uh ! I like Wednesday as it’s like u work as hard as a cow on Monday and Wednesday …. And then u enjoy the following days of the week… even it is not enjoy… at least u do not need go to uni… and do wateva need to do at home…..

In other words, I just left 4 more assignments…. And perhaps I will finish the econ 1 this week.. so for the coming 8 , 9 weeks…. I don’t have much assignment to rush ?!! yeasshh !

Due the internet problem of my house, i cant online so often....

1st few days.... rushing assignment like horse... it is becoz i wanna go have fun after that.... and in the meantime i was catching up Heroes season 2.... so it is like... eat, work, watch, sleep... em.. been to city few times too... haha... i spotted a new shoes... again ! : ( everything is like in contrary with my money saving plan....

and then wednesday, my housemate is cooking Sarawak Laksa.... so.. like this is another day ord...

that's is wat i get when i didnt bring camera go out....

we hv been to frementle to have seafood.... it's like.... " go frementle without eating seafood ? you are considered not been there !! "
previously, fish and chips for me is like... oily and the fried part is, uh ! oily and just not nice... but things are different at the restaurant here.... ironicaly, the fring part is actually the best.... and not to say bout other foods like Chili mussels , Scallop and Squid.....

saturday nite.... went to crazy at home...... and sunday.... sick ~ not the real " sick " like fever or cough or wat... but.... haiz... i dono how to say... just sick.... : )

Monday is the day coming.... which is also means that.... back to normal.... hmm

A week of break.... what's left on me ? tired ~

we was told that it was a " short " distance from the park... end up we r like sitting in the car for 45 mins or smth.... but after all ..... it is worthwhile..

Next week is going to be a school break.....

But, i dont think i can relax relax and pass my everyday with programs and fun.... as there are 2 assignments.... 1 is worth 35% of all.... so called " Major Assignment " in the outline.... and there will be a mid semester test of a subject besides the 2 assignment right after the break... so, basically i got 3 three 三 " things " to do in a week... or start counting from today..... hmm....

anyway i think i still can squeeze sometime out to go out.... i actually got some plans for the holiday... hahaha.. but it all depends on my progress of my work....

i went to swimming this afternoon.... i didn't been there b4... so just follow the description given by my fren and simply walk.... luckily its not that hard to find....

i thought i can swim like my Ricey... in fact, i cant ...... after swimming 5 to 6 laps of full length.... im exhauted.... i think i need to swim and practice more ....

waaalaaa... im back.... it's just too lazy to update my blog... last week the PM of my MSN stated there " Fun Weekend " .... indeed it was really fun.... start with Thursday, we went to city...

London court... is a city in the middle of city where all the building is in europe style... is quite short only... like 100m or 150m ?

Utopia... Bubble Tea.... Emm... quite nice actually.... i always love almond flavour and then this 1, their almond flavour is really good !! really strong...

Lunch time... japanese food.... one of the cheapest restaurant in city i guess.... and yet it's nice.... that's why u can see it is crowded with ppl....

usually " ASIAN " don't buy movies or go to cinema here.... coz we are good at " Download " maaa....
cinema, yea probably 1 or 2 times... but not like in msia... every weekday if u r free, u can actually go to cinema and stand outside there to simply choose a movie to pass ur time.... it cost $15 to watch a movie here.... a lil bit exp to pass ur time like tat.....

the 1st week of study has pass.... i still find that Wednesday is the most ........................... tiring.... i'm still thinking whether i should do smth on that ( which is swap the class with others ) or just get used to it... hmm

i think i will like the friday lecture as it is just 2 hour or less and the lecturer talk "normally".... not with those fancy fancy accent...

yesterday, i went to BBQ at a park someplace near the city, a rich district...

The two tall towers inside the picture is the landmark building of the city.... actually i got more pictures of the super duper gorgeous houses there.... but it's not with me right now... Oh ya ! those houses including the park are actually at the lake side... how cool is that ... !!

i think that is the back or front ? of my school... i'm not sure coz im still a 100% newbie.... and i took it while i was waiting bus to the nearest mall.... oh ya ! the bus station was really nice ~ haha

today we went to city .... more to come coz most of the photo is using herng's cam to take.... random shots...

the place i stay is quite............... not happening, quiet, low tempo ... i think that's what i can think of so far.... but stilll oookk la.... trying to get used to it....

however, the city looks better.... but is quite far the place i stay.... maybe 15 to 20 mins.... i will learn how to go there by bus soon ... so next time i can there alone by myself at anytime i want... hahaa
more to come..... there is a funny yet kan jiong incident happens while we are waiting the flight at Changi airport... futher details bout that pls read herng's blog... coz im lazzy to write... hahahaaa

this semester i got 3 days class only... but monday and wednesday is so so pack ! wednesday the last lecture starts at 5.30 to 8.30 .... but i still managed to arrange all my class after 10... the earliest 1 is also 10 only... that's nice...

A "Knight" to remember !

so glad that i still managed to watch " The Dark Knight " today... i thought it will be FULL or the time wil not fit or any other possible reasons.... it is regardless now ! ^^

definitely LOVE IT !! i have a high expectation on it and it actually didn't let me down at all ! it is a almost 2 and the half hour show... long right?!!! and my main focus of the movie - The Joker... Awesome xxxxx !!

i think i need to watch again.... as there are so many details i think i hv miss out.... especially the part they explain why joker is actually won this whole " thing " using the D.A a.k.a the .... ( i shouldn't say all ) hehee
i think the most remarkable part in this film is the Joker standing in the middle of the road and hoping the Batman hits him by his super fancy motorbike ..... "hit me ! hit me !! "

there is a Bonus villain in this movie... and this didnt show it on the trailer.... the character was quite a major villain in the old batman series.... not penguin man, not the mystery man.... actually it's kinda like a BONUS to me because i ord think it will be very nice if it is without him.... since they added "him" into this movie .... hmmm ~

Oh ya ! i saw edison chen too !!! it's like less than 5 seconds and u got a big big chance to miss it if you do not pay closer attention to it or knew it early which is the exact part he appears... HAHA Any actor in this movie... i mean ANY .... speaks more than him and appear on the screen longer than him... trust me... even the models or the driver of the SWAT team !! pathethic...
